KIP 304 MASKING-TEC® is a universal masking tape designed for more demanding short-term indoor applications. Its lightly creped backing makes the tape flexible and allows for easy hand tearing. Thanks to its special impregnation, the tape is moisture-resistant and suitable for painting, varnishing, and spraying applications.

1. Preparation of the Substrate
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. For sensitive surfaces it is recommended to test on a sample surface first.
2. Tape usage
Set the tape against the desired place and press it carefully against the substrate. The flexibility of the tape allows you to conveniently follow straight and slightly curving lines.
3. Painting
Apply the paint or varnish to the surface as directed by the manufacturer. The tape is suitable for use when working with brush, roller or paint sprayer.
4. Tape removal
Slowly and evenly remove the tape within the recommended usage period. It is recommended to remove the tape before the paint has completely hardened to achieve a cleaner edge.
5. Storage
Store in a dry and cool place in the original packaging, protected from direct sunlight.
