Stuccolustro
A lime-based fine-grained putty for smooth and outstanding interiors!
Stuccolustro is an easy-to-use lime plaster for the treatment of smooth surfaces indoors. With two thin coats, the material achieves a beautiful translucent result, reminiscent of marble in appearance. Successful application of the varnish requires a certain amount of skill and dexterity on the part of the master craftsman, so we recommend practising on a test surface before working on large surfaces.
Smooth lime, gypsum and cement surfaces are suitable, but the most beautiful result is obtained when the substrate is lime plaster. As it is a lime-based product, it can also be used in damp areas. The dry mix is a natural white colour. We tone stucco red with Kreidezeit powder pigments and make personalised colour samples. Available shades can be seen in the salon.
Suitable substrates are smooth lime, lime-cement, cement and gypsum plaster surfaces. The ideal substrate is lime plaster.
We sell the material according to the number of square metres and take into account the specific absorbency of the substrate. The average cost of the material applied in two coats is 600 g/m2. The unit price of the base material is 21.05 €/m2, plus the price of the pigment according to the shade and the silk screen.Â
