Fortis Intonaco MAK30
Fortis Intonaco MAK30 is a natural lime- and pozzolan-based plaster mortar that provides a breathable and durable finish for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is particularly well suited for restoration work and natural and mineral substrates.

Composition

Fortis Intonaco MAK30 is a mineral plaster mortar based on pure air lime and natural pozzolans. Thanks to its special pozzolanic binder, the product provides excellent adhesion to the substrate, high water vapour permeability, and elasticity, helping to reduce the risk of cracking. The material is completely cement-free and contains no salts or harmful additives, making it particularly suitable for both restoration work and maintaining a healthy indoor climate in modern construction.

Application conditions
- Substrate must be clean, stable and moistened
- Mix ~5,5 l water / 25 kg dry mix
- Apply to the surface by machine in multiple coats
- Apply subsequent layer only after drying
- Substrate preparation
- Clean the surface and remove all substances that might impair adhesion
- Repair holes and joints with a suitable mixture
- Moisten the substrate before starting work
- Mix preparation
- Mix 25 kg of dry mix to ~5,5 litres of water
- Mix into a uniform mass
- Let the mix rest for 10โ15 minutes
- Application
- Apply plaster to the surface by machine
- Start with a ~5 mm bonding coat
- After drying (12โ24 h) apply subsequent coats
- Maximum thickness of a single coat 10โ15 mm
- When working in greater thicknesses, apply in multiple coats
- Aftercare
- Protect surface from direct sunlight and rapid drying
- Moisten the surface if necessary
- Use a reinforceming mesh for problematic areas
- Apply finishing materials only after the plaster has completely hardened
- Working conditions
- Temperature: +5 ยฐC up to +35 ยฐC
- Avoid wind and direct sunlight
