Choice of material and shades
It would be best to visit a salon to choose the right material and shade. This will give you the best overview of the materials available. We have a wide range of samples on site that you can take away with you. When you come to choose a shade, it is advisable to bring some samples of the materials you have already used, so that you can match the shades or take inspiration pictures of the desired result. It is also a good idea to measure the surface to be finished. If you can't find a suitable shade from the samples, we can work out the desired shade for you. Depending on the complexity of the shade and the order of the projects, it may take a couple of weeks to make the samples. If it is not possible to come to the salon, we can also assist by phone or email.
Some natural paints do not last very long when mixed together due to the lack of additives, so you will need to mix them yourself at home according to the instructions. If the colour comes with a pigment for tinting, you will need to mix it with water to a homogeneous paste before adding it to the paint. Before mixing the material and applying it to the surface, it is advisable to read the product instructions, as the materials have different application techniques. We have a range of paints that can be applied by roller or brush, but there are also paints that should only be applied by brush.
