Base oil
Base oil does not contain resin and is suitable for priming both interior and exterior surfaces before applying linseed oil paint. Due to the small molecule, linseed oil penetrates particularly deep into the surface of the wood and fills the pores of the wood well, and in this way provides a very good adhesive surface for the subsequent layers of oil paint. Base oil is suitable for all untreated wood surfaces, cork, natural stones and neutral plasters. For outdoor use, the surface must be further coated with tinted Kreidezeit glazed or covering stand oil paint. The material is easy to process, dirt and water-repellent, leaves a breathable surface. By using base oil for priming, the cost of materials used on the surface is significantly lower.
Suitable for all untreated wood surfaces, cork, natural stones and neutral plasters.
The average material consumption per layer is 0.08 l/m2.
